HR Recruit are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join our client in the professional services sector as Human Resources Business Partner. You will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving workforce strategies and strengthening organizational performance in alignment with our mission. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role where you will serve as a trusted partner to leadership while also managing day-to-day HR operations in a rapidly growing environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with technical teams, while driving both strategic and operational initiatives.
• Partner closely with business leaders to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs and business objectives, ensuring talent strategies are aligned with organizational growth.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs on a regular basis to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage and improve recruiting channels in the US and Canada to elevate the company’s visibility and employer brand across North America.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and providing support as needed.

Person Specification

• 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role
• Proactive and results-oriented, skilled at independently managing multiple time-sensitive projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with talent needs and organizational structures
• Hands on and flexible attitude
• Excellent communication skills

In return you will receive a salary of 115,000-130,000.
