We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional for our newly created HR Administrator role. You will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department. This role involves performing a variety of clerical, organizational, and communication tasks to assist in the effective management of human resources functions
Role responsibilities
- Maintenance and upkeep of all employee records and relevant employee data.
- Administrate new starter and leaver journey processes
- Improvement of processes and procedures to ensure efficiency of workflow.
- Recruitment support including placing adverts, liaising with recruiters and interview co-ordination.
- Co-ordinate the quarterly induction sessions at Head Office for new starters.
- Prepare and ongoing administrate processes for disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement plans and probation.
- Administrate all maternity and paternity periods of leave including maternity risk assessments.
- Assisting the HR Manager with Wellbeing initiatives.
Person Specification
- At least 3 years HR Administration experience
- Excellent organisation and IT skills
- Accuracy and methodical way of thinking
- Keen attention to detail
- Hands on and flexible approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positivity and solution focussed attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative but also to engage with the team as needed especially with regards to payroll
In return you will receive a salary of between 45,000-60, USD
