Our client in the technology sector is looking to recruit an experienced HR professional for a newly created HR Business Partner vacancy. The role will report into the Head of HR (who is located overseas) and work closely with the site manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to set up the HR function of an expanding organization.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the organization in achieving HR objectives, developing employees and optimizing HR processes. You will work closely with executives and managers to provide HR advice and support, with the aim of enabling the organization to achieve its strategic goals. You play a crucial role in improving HR initiatives and promoting a healthy corporate culture.
Role responsibilities
- Supporting business leaders and managers in strategic HR issues and translating business goals into HR strategies and initiatives.
- Guiding managers in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Coordinating and advising on the recruitment processes to ensure the right people are in the right place.
- Identifying training and development needs and supporting leaders in mentoring their team members.
- Advising on terms of employment and remuneration structures in line with market developments and organizational policy.
- Supporting the manager in conducting salary interviews.
- Guiding managers and employees through changes within the organization. This includes organizational restructuring, culture change, and implementing new HR policies.
- Actively supporting the management of absenteeism, developing absenteeism policy and offering advice on long-term absenteeism issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and procedures, and contribute to the implementation of HR policies.
Person Specification
- Relevant work experience at a senior HR level
- Experience with HR systems is a must
- Knowledge of US legislation
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude, with excellent communication skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity to set up the HR function and have the autonomy to drive improvements. This role would suit an experienced Human resources Manager or an experienced Human Resources Business Partner. The salary is 125,000- 145,000
(depending on experience).
