HR Recruit are currently seeking an experienced HR Professional for our SME. Our newly created role will report directly into the Finance Director and will support the company during an exciting phase of rapid growth. You will have the unique opportunity to help shape processes, contribute to strategic initiatives, and play a key role in building the foundation for future success. Role Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with employment law and internal policies.
- Manage sensitive employee relations cases including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Monthly payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payments. (Processing is completed by finance)
- Manage pension schemes and liaise with providers to ensure compliance and employee understanding.
- Ensure all statutory reporting and documentation is completed accurately.
- Lead starter and leaver processes including onboarding, induction, exit interviews, and offboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across all HR systems.
- Manage HR projects including policy development, training programmes, and change initiatives.
Person Specification
- Previous HR experience is a must.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll, pensions, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands on with a can-do attitude
This role would suit an experienced Human Resources Manager. In return, you will receive a salary of between 100,000-120,000.
