A successful HR Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day HR operations. As an integral part of the leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance in all HR matters, ensuring alignment with our core values while enhancing our organizational culture. Your role encompasses a wide range of generalist HR responsibilities, empowering you to contribute significantly to business discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to maintain employee engagement and build company culture
In line with business needs, define and implement initiatives to improve to long term business performance to achieve goals
Partner with Talent Acquisition Team and oversee all recruiting efforts

Lead and manager HR team while ensuring people priorities are implemented and followed
Assist in creating peak headcount plans, work with agencies to ensure staffing needs are meet
Ensure employee compliance by auditing payroll records, validate employee and company information is accurate
Communicate company policies and procedures to all employees and enforce company standards
Conduct employee investigations as needed, ensure consistent application of policy, coach and mentor leadership and hourly employees on best practices

Person Specification

5 years of increased responsibility in the Human Resources field
Bachelors required in related field
3 plus years leading and managing HR team
Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
Excellent leadership, team building, communication and organizational skills
Experienced at working with speed, pragmatism and professionalism, ideally in an entrepreneurial culture
Open, practical and pragmatic. Able to balance a high volume of conflicting priorities and works with energy and pace.
A confident influencer who reads when and how to gain commitment of others. Can stand own ground but also be flexible as needed to see the bigger picture.

Creates energy and mobilizes others to deliver against goals and projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Results driven. Tenacious and determined to get things done in the face of ambiguity and even opposition, and inspires others to do the same.
